Public Comments

Royal ISD encourages public participation at the school board meetings. The School Board, spends 30 minutes at the beginning of each meeting listening to public comments. Any person that wishes to speak at the School Board meeting, should complete the public comments form and submit it to the recording secretary. In an effort to keep the meetings as timely as possible, if a large number of people present, wish to speak on the same issue, they will be instructed to designate one or two spokespersons. It should also be noted that this is not a discussion with the board. There will not be a response from the board. This time is provided for the public to make known their point of view.
